Windy Acres provides raw milk products through a herdshare program. In business since 2003. The farm is a grade A dairy facility, also licensed to make and sell cheese. Milk is tested each month, and cows are tested for TB and Brucellosis to meet state requirements. The farm produces meats, (pork, lamb, chicken, and beef/young beef aka rose veal), dairy (milk, kefir, yogurt, raw butter, cream, creme fresh, ghee, buttermilk).
