They have an A2/A2 Jersey as well as a small herd of dairy goats. They have raw A2/A2 milk and goat's milk available. Milk from registered Guernsey cows that produce 95 percent A2 protein. They have 35 years of experience producing premium quality milk. Milk is produced under strict sanitary procedures; quickly cooled; and bottled. Cows are fed a high-forage grass-based ration. There are no hormones or antibiotics used on the cows. Raw milk from Jersey cross cows and Nubian/Alpine/Saanen goats. Their animals are mostly grassfed, and what grain is fed is sprouted first, to release the enzyme inhibiting factors, thus increasing the nutrient value of the grain. They never use distiller's grain. Animals are grazed on annually soil tested pasture, with minerals, etc. added accordingly. Also, probiotics, and mineral supplements are given regularly.
