Family-owned farm produces raw, organic, grass-fed, A2/A2 milk from cows. Cows are tested for the A2 variant and are never vaccinated. Herd consists of four breeds and are grazed on pasture, providing them with over 20 different species of grass and legumes along with many native species. They practice rotational grazing, the chief principle of regenerative agriculture, and the herd is moved to new pasture daily. The only supplement used is mineral rich Redmond's Real Salt.

My wife and I have cared for and milked cows for 45 years, we give them top care while using no antibiotics, vaccines, or supplements - just the nutrition and sunshine God provides. By living by these proven agrarian tenants, our milk is the most nutritionally dense and flavorful milk available to consumers today. Raw milk from Brown Swiss cattle

AK Mountain View Family Farm provides raw cow’s milk through a private herdshare program to their local community in Fairbanks and surrounding areas. Cows are fed hay and supplemental grains.

The farm also offers a variety of seasonal products, which may include:

Alday Farm offers dairy products from 100% grass-fed Jersey cows. They are never fed grain. The cows are offered alfalfa pellets at milking and have free-choice minerals available. In the winter months, straight molasses licks are available free-choice, along with hay harvested from the farm. Alday Farm sells fluid milk, cream, butter, cottage cheese, yogurt, kefir, and some fresh cheeses at various locations. They have raw milk herdshares from herd of Jersey cows. Milk is not pasteurized, to keep the beneficial bacteria required for functioning gut biomes. They are currently accepting new herdshare members.

Along with milk, they have pasture raised chicken, turkey, pork, and beef (organic grain).
