Raw milk from Jersey cows.

Farmer statement:

"Larson Farm is home to a small herd of 100 percent grass-fed, A2/A2 Jersey dairy cows. We are certified organic by USDA and Real Organic Project. Our cows get individual care with a diet of pasture, hay and minerals. This means no grain and no GMOs. This is well researched to improve the fat profile and nutritive quality of the milk. We use a highly sanitary milking system with frequent milk quality testing. Cow care is a top priority. They are pastured from May to November, and eat the best hay during the winter. Our raw milk is naturally high in healthy fats, protein, and the natural enzymes to assist in digestion. The Jersey dairy cows at Larson Farm and Creamery have been DNA-tested to be homozygous for the A2A2 beta-casein. Taste the flavor of our whole raw milk! Skim the cream for your coffee, and make your own yogurt, kefir and cheeses at home.

With our recently completed creamery, we now are able to offer organic A2 yogurt, butter, ghee and gelato! The farm store is open 7am to 7pm, 7 days/week."
