Goats are pasture-raised (grass/alfalfa mix hay in the winter) and milk does supplemented with alfalfa pellets and BOSS and various herbs. They offer: raw milk available in quarts and half gallon, kefir, natural goat milk soap, artisanal raw cheeses including a chèvre that is available in various flavors. Goat kids are available also. Products available at the Downtown Gillette Farmers Market, located at 118 S. Gillette Ave. Monday-Saturday: 11-6pm. Local delivery also available upon request. Visitors welcome on weekends. This small farm run by a big family has at least two cows in milk at a time. They offer fresh, raw, A2/A2 milk, cream, and eggs on farm, as well as via pickup options in Cheyenne.

Meadowlark Farm & Dairy has four milk cows consisting of Jersey and Jersey cross. The cows range on the 40 acre property with supplemental hay, alfalfa, and grain during milking (which is done by machine). The farm sells milk and is beginning to get into cheeses, yogurt, and butter.

Raw A2 Guernsey milk, out on pasture when seasons allow, organic hay, pasture. Barley, oats, alfalfa pellets, black oil sunflower seeds, kelp, free choice mineral. Raw milk, kefir, fresh and freeze dried yogurts, cream, ice cream, and sometimes butter, mozzarella, and ricotta cheese.
