This small, off-grid farm provides goat milk products. Goat breeds include Lamancha, Alpine, Nubian, Sable, and Nigerian Dwarf.
They practice rotational grazing and supplement their herd with no-spray hay and Certified Organic grains that they mix themselves. Goats are hand milked and milk is strained and chilled immediately. Raw milk is available in half gallon or quart jars, and they also have chevre cheese in a variety of flavors, plain kefir, and occasionally hard cheeses. Permitted through ISDA for human consumption.
Farmer's statement: "We are passionate about providing the highest quality goat milk products possible. We hand milk with extreme attention to cleanliness. Our milk is always creamy and delicious - never goaty!"
