Slate Hill Homestead is owned and operated by Jake and Elsie Zook.

They offer a variety of raw dairy products from their herd of grass-fed A2/A2 Jersey cows. The farm is in a transition phase from conventional to organic; therefore, they cannot promote or sell USDA Certified Organic products. However they use "beyond organic" methods on the farm to ensure proper quality and land stewardship.

The products offered for sale to private members are raw milk by the gallon or half gallon, raw grass-fed salted (sea salt) butter, raw yogurt (unsweetened or sweetened with maple syrup), raw kefir, raw colostrum, raw sour cream. Open every day from 8:00 to 4:00 except Sunday--absolutely no Sunday sales or Sunday farm visits are permitted. Call to schedule a farm tour.
