This family farm has free-range beef cows, a milk cow, and chickens. They offer raw milk, eggs, and grassfed beef to the public. No hormones or antibiotics used in production. Their milk/beef cows are pastured primarily on grass in the growing seasons and grass hay in the winter. Raw milk is available for pick up in half-gallon glass jars. They have Saanen and LaMancha dairy goats. The herd is tested annually for CAE, CL and Johnes. Milk is also periodically tested thru Langston University. The does are fed alfalfa hay from a local farmer and a dairy grain produced by Ahrberg Milling. Both cheese and milk are available at the farm. Chevre is available for $8 for 8 oz. container.
