Raw milk is available for weekly customers who are interested in milk from Jersey cows that came from an organic dairy. The cows are fed non-GMO alfalfa hay, clover hay, and pasture, but never any grain. This mini-dairy is not Certified Organic but follows organic practices as much as it can. It prefers the title “biological farming” where extreme emphasis is placed on the health of the pasture soil. This is not the same as bio-dynamic. The milk is $6/half-gallon. Farm-pickup only. Please send an email if you would like to have a slot in the weekly schedule as a customer. Anyone else may be put on a waiting list if no milk is available.
