Important Message to All Raw Milk Producers and Consumers:

Important Notes about the Listings

  1. RAW MILK POLICY STATEMENT: The Weston A. Price Foundation’s goals include promoting a healthy diet for people everywhere, based on natural and traditional foods, and assisting individuals and families in accessing those foods through information, education, and helping to restore the direct relationship between food consumers and food producers. The Foundation believes, based on sound scientific evidence, that raw milk is an important component of a healthy diet. To assist its members and the public in obtaining raw milk, the Foundation publishes a list of farms that produce it, because this information is not otherwise readily and comprehensively available to consumers. Listing of a farm does not imply endorsement by the Foundation. Individuals who purchase raw milk and other natural foods for themselves and their families need to “know their farmer” because they bear the responsibility for ensuring that they are getting safe and healthy products.
  2. NO ADVERTISING: The Foundation accepts no money for the listings; the listings are not advertisements. All listings are at the sole discretion of the Weston A. Price Foundation.
  3. NO MARKETING: The email addresses listed here are not to be used for any purpose other than to contact the farmers regarding the availability of their products. Use of the listed email addresses for marketing or other such purposes is strictly prohibited.
  4. RAW MILK CONSUMERS PLEASE NOTE: This list of raw milk sources probably represents only a portion of the raw milk producers in your state. For additional raw milk sources, contact your local Weston A. Price Foundation Chapter Leader.
  5. RAW MILK PRODUCERS PLEASE NOTE: The FDA and State Agencies have discovered this list and sometimes use it for their own purposes, so exercise caution with your listing. If you choose not to have a listing, make sure your local WAPF Chapter Leader has your name for referrals.
  6. USDA, FDA and STATE AG AGENCIES PLEASE NOTE: Raw milk is Nature’s perfect food and is extremely important for the developing brains and nervous systems of infants and children. Furthermore, in many children not fortunate enough to have started life on raw milk, raw milk given later in childhood has improved autism, behavior problems, frequent infections, deafness, asthma and allergies and other serious health conditions. Please bear in mind that any move you make to stop or hinder a raw dairy operation will actually HARM, not help the infants and children who rely on that milk, and may make it difficult for all children to obtain this milk in the future–including your own children and grandchildren. An interruption in supply can be VERY detrimental to a growing infant or sick child who has no other options. Read for yourself on our Testimonials page. If you are concerned about safety, rest assured. In the farm-to-consumer distribution model, the farmer receives timely and relevant feedback directly from the customers, something that farmers selling bulk milk never receive. Raw milk is actually the safest food around with so much consumer oversight and also with an extremely efficient built-in anti-pathogen mechanism! If you are concerned about rules, then consider investing the same amount of time you’d spend persecuting a raw milk farmer into advocating for supportive raw milk legislation.
  7. LISTING SOURCES: The listings here are provided by people who discover sources of real milk in their communities and tell us about them. If you discover a listed supplier is no longer providing real milk, please tell us about it by following the instructions on the Add, Update, or Remove a Listing page. We trust our members and consumers to check out each farm to make sure it is clean and that the cows are mostly pasture fed.

  1. Just wanted to thank you for making my search a little easier for raw milk. I noticed one of the dairy farms on the list does not sell to the public so why are they on
    the list?

  2. We are on your listing and I would like to update our information. Could you inform me on how to do this? Thank you!

  3. I live in Western Kansas, around the Garden City area and I noticed looking through this list, is there any other listings, or ways to go about finding someone closer to where I live, it’s quite the drive to go to the eastern side of the state.

    • Faith, I live around the Garden City area, also. And would love to find someone local, too. We just picked up some milk, cheese and yogurt from Glass Dairy Farms, at Hutchinson or Pleasant View area. So far we are very impressed with what we purchase! If you find someone or someone becomes available for our area, let me know! Glass Dairy said they would sell us a cow, if we chose that route:)

    • I too would be interested in obtaining Raw Cows milk, cheese, eggs, and good meat. I live in Moscow, KS, I drive to Garden City, to stock up at Sam’ Warehouse. So Garden City, KS or
Dodge City to also get raw milk, egg, and meat would be fine.
Hopefully there would be enough demand in one of these cities to make the extra farm income attractive to someone in these areas.

      • I am looking for Raw Cow’s Milk, I live in SW Kansas as well. I have Free Range chickens and am increasing my flock size, to sell eggs.

        • Barb J. I am also in the SW Kansas area and am looking for both eggs and milk. You sell eggs? Where might you be located? you can email me if you’d like. I’d really appreciate it. 🙂 Thank you.

  4. How are there zero listings near Wichita?!? I’m sure there are farms closer to Wichita that have raw milk for sale, right? That’s frustrating.

    • We live in Wichita and drive to Yoder for our milk. There is also a farm near Haven, one near Rose Hill, and another near Udall that we have also purchased at.
I belong to a group of mom’s that take turns driving to Yoder and picking up for the whole group. Someone goes once every 2 weeks on Tuesday and the person driving that weeks determines when and where pickup will be for that week. Contact me if you’d be interested in joining or just riding along one week.

  5. Any way to be able to list all of these locations on say a google map? I’m not familiar with the smaller towns and it’s hard to know what larger areas they are close to. A google map with POI’s of the farms would be a tremendous help for this site!

    • I agree. We got the site redesigned in January and I wanted that to be part of it. However, it’s bigger than that; I want farms to be able to submit, edit, and delete their listing via a form that I can moderate and approve, and that will be mapped , as well as the ability for users to rate and comment on the farms. The redesigners weren’t able to find something off the shelf and at the time we didn’t have the money for what it would take for this to be custom programmed. I’d like something similar to localharvest.org, which is custom built. I have people who are programmers occasionally express interest but I haven’t been able to find the combination of the right team for the right price yet. This is a part-time pursuit for me but could almost be a full time job so it’s hard to get this site doing everything I would like it to.

  6. I am moving to Colby Kansas in the near future. Is there anywhere I can obtain raw milk near there? I don’t know the area and would appreciate the help. Thank you

  7. Hi, my son is serving a mission in auburn hills Wichita, and is far from home. We only buy raw milk here in Connecticut. Is there somewhere near him where he can go pick some up? he lives at west taylor circle, Wichita,ks
    thanks, cheryl

    • We don’t currently have the manpower to check whether farmers are WAPF or FTCLDF members (and whether they keep their memberships active over time), but we hope so. You can ask them, and please encourage them to join if they are not.

  8. Hello. I am looking to find someone I can buy raw cows milk from in the Wichita area. I am from Oklahoma and need a new source. Please please email me!

    • Jako, Hutchinson, makes deliveries to two Wichita pickup points every other week. Milk, eggs, meats, cheese, yogurt and more, all grass-fed. Call them for information. I am very impressed with their products and their way of doing business.

  9. I live in Dodge City. I desperately need raw milk for my stomach issues. Does anyone know of anybody in the area that has raw milk?

  10. Do any of these farms that sell actual cows milk deliver to independence or sell close by.Really in need of it. My son loves milk but after figuring everything out about it that i have a hate buying it from the store. I personally am experiencing major stomach issues and respiratory problems which I am still trying to figure out what is behind it all but I would really like to be able to get milk that’sgood for our family. Thank you for your help

  11. [redacted]

Don’t call this one, they will just say that they don’t understand why you called them, they only sell to friends and neighbors. I suggested to them that if they don’t want people calling them, then they need to remove their number off the internet.

  12. I was sent to this site via a link from another site–this site is very helpful. As I was scrolling through comments, I noticed that most comments were older–one did catch my eye though. Someone asked about a mapping system; there was a response regarding it not being cost-effective so I am giving you this link to take a look at. I am in a couple of groups on FB–we use this mapping option to show where we are all located. You might want to take a look at it…it’s free 🙂

  13. I see it mentioned a few times that govt officials may use this list to harass; as a first-time buyer, how does one inquire after products and ask newbie questions without “sounding like a narc” and spooking them? Are there do’s and don’ts to this?
