Important Notes about the Listings

  1. RAW MILK POLICY STATEMENT: The Weston A. Price Foundation’s goals include promoting a healthy diet for people everywhere, based on natural and traditional foods, and assisting individuals and families in accessing those foods through information, education, and helping to restore the direct relationship between food consumers and food producers. The Foundation believes, based on sound scientific evidence, that raw milk is an important component of a healthy diet. To assist its members and the public in obtaining raw milk, the Foundation publishes a list of farms that produce it, because this information is not otherwise readily and comprehensively available to consumers. Listing of a farm does not imply endorsement by the Foundation. Individuals who purchase raw milk and other natural foods for themselves and their families need to “know their farmer” because they bear the responsibility for ensuring that they are getting safe and healthy products.
  2. NO ADVERTISING: The Foundation accepts no money for the listings; the listings are not advertisements. All listings are at the sole discretion of the Weston A. Price Foundation.
  3. NO MARKETING: The email addresses listed here are not to be used for any purpose other than to contact the farmers regarding the availability of their products. Use of the listed email addresses for marketing or other such purposes is strictly prohibited.
  4. RAW MILK CONSUMERS PLEASE NOTE: This list of raw milk sources probably represents only a portion of the raw milk producers in your state. For additional raw milk sources, contact your local Weston A. Price Foundation Chapter Leader.
  5. RAW MILK PRODUCERS PLEASE NOTE: The FDA and State Agencies have discovered this list and sometimes use it for their own purposes, so exercise caution with your listing. If you choose not to have a listing, make sure your local WAPF Chapter Leader has your name for referrals.
  6. USDA, FDA and STATE AG AGENCIES PLEASE NOTE: Raw milk is Nature’s perfect food and is extremely important for the developing brains and nervous systems of infants and children. Furthermore, in many children not fortunate enough to have started life on raw milk, raw milk given later in childhood has improved autism, behavior problems, frequent infections, deafness, asthma and allergies and other serious health conditions. Please bear in mind that any move you make to stop or hinder a raw dairy operation will actually HARM, not help the infants and children who rely on that milk, and may make it difficult for all children to obtain this milk in the future–including your own children and grandchildren. An interruption in supply can be VERY detrimental to a growing infant or sick child who has no other options. Read for yourself on our Testimonials page. If you are concerned about safety, rest assured. In the farm-to-consumer distribution model, the farmer receives timely and relevant feedback directly from the customers, something that farmers selling bulk milk never receive. Raw milk is actually the safest food around with so much consumer oversight and also with an extremely efficient built-in anti-pathogen mechanism! If you are concerned about rules, then consider investing the same amount of time you’d spend persecuting a raw milk farmer into advocating for supportive raw milk legislation.
  7. LISTING SOURCES: The listings here are provided by people who discover sources of real milk in their communities and tell us about them. If you discover a listed supplier is no longer providing real milk, please tell us about it by following the instructions on the Add, Update, or Remove a Listing page. We trust our members and consumers to check out each farm to make sure it is clean and that the cows are mostly pasture fed.

  1. Hey just wanted to update you guys about Jackies Jerseys milk. They sadly shut down about a year ago they were too old to keep up the farm anymore. Just wanted to aware that milk is not available anymore 🙁

  2. I live in Omak and I thought you might want to know that the phone numbers for the tonasket and Okanogan listings are not working. Also Omak has Pine Stump farms. They have great raw milk goat cheese and nature activities at their farm near Omak lake.

  3. Pleae remove the following from the Bremerton, Washongton listing

9170 Baird Ct NW, Bremerton WA 98311, phone: 360-307-8500. Drop point for milk from Dungeness Valley Creamery (see their listing under Sequim), as well as a drop point for Wildly Organic (wildly-organic.com) Certified Organic produce.

We have moved and the businees has been shut down.

  4. Looking for raw sheep’s milk. I live between Pendleton, OR and Walla Walla, WA, happy to travel about an hour if needed for my milk 🙂

  5. As of today, 12/26/16 I have called and checked local sources for Grays Harbor. Jays, Hoquiam Farmers market no longer carry products. [redacted] does have milk, butter and cheese (some raw, grass fed and some a combo of one or the other). I did find raw, 99% grass fed milk at [redacted]

  6. I have recently been affected by the loss of Spokane Family Farms milk. We used the milk to make yogurt and it has disappeared from the shelves of Rosaurs and Moscow Food Co-op. I live in Pullman, WA. and there are no dairies that sell in our region. Do you know of an outlet for whole milk in Eastern Wasington, Whitman county or Spokane county?

  7. Does anyone know of a diary near Brush Prairie, Wa that has a2 caseine producing cows? I don’t tolerate a1 caseine, even in raw milk. Thanks!

  8. Not sure if this matters, but Anacortes is on Fidalgo Island, not Whidbey. Just FYI.

BTW, do any of these places ship? I’m up in Friday Harbor on San Juan Island and I’m trying to find grass-fed butter. Very hard to find shipped when it isn’t incredibly expensive.

    Thank you!

    • Thanks, we’ve added a note about Anacortes being on Fidalgo Island under the Whidbey Island listing, and have added it as its own listing under Fidalgo Island. I don’t know about shipping; you’ll have to ask them or maybe some have websites that will tell you.

    • The Butcher Shop Café. Look under the ‘Kenmore’ listing. Farmer’s Cellar…look under the Kirkland listing.

  9. Duvall and Cherry Valley Family Grocer in Duvall, WA are the same place….which is Cherry Valley Family Grocer. Plus, the address is 15215 not 5215.

  10. Amboy Market, 39812 Northeast 216th Ave., Amboy WA 98601-3306, phone: 360-247-5421. Sells raw milk dairy products…… just visited this market today and they said they no longer sell raw dairy products because their source, sunshine farms, was having trouble with legal battles. Guess they eventually gave up and stopped selling raw.

  11. Hi,
We live in the Columbia River Gorge (west), & recently lost our raw milk source; I read above that there is a wholesale drop-off in Bingen, WA, every Mon. @ 3:00p, but I’m not finding info about whom to contact to get on the list. Any info would be much appreciated!
    Thank you!

  12. Please add Sunshine Produce Stand (21126 44th Ave. W, Lynnwood) to the list of stores that carry Pride and Joy raw milk. We started delivering to them at the first of April 2016.
    Thanks!

  13. I live in South Seattle right next to Renton and Tukwila. Is there a place close by that sells safe raw milk? Thanks

    • I live near the airport and choose from several different producers at Marlene’s in Federal Way, about 9 miles from my home.

  14. I just called TruHealth in Bothell, they have a message that as of Oct 2015 they are no longer selling raw milk. They do direct people to your website though 🙂

  15. I am not a store owner (merely a long-time customer) but I thought I should notify you that Manna Mills Natural Market in Mountlake Terrace, WA, has gone out of business as of January 31, 2016. (This happened PURELY for business reasons and had NOTHING to do with harassment, bullying, government intervention or anything like that.) The good news is that there are two other stores (that I know of) in Mountlake Terrace that have stepped in to fill that void (at least for raw milk). They are: Paradise Market, 23204 57th Ave W, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043; email: Paradisemarketllc@gmail.com; ph: 425-673-8057 (Pride & Joy); and Roger’s Market Place, 23120 56th Ave W, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043; ph: 425-672-8646 (Old Silvana)—yes, these 2 stores are just around the corner from each other.

  16. Hi I live in Kent WA. I was wondering how I get raw milk, I know this list gives places but do I have to be out on a list of some kind? I’m new to raw milk and am interested. Burien would be a convenient location, so should I just call the store? Sorry if these questions are redundant, thank you for your time.

  17. Hello… Can you point me in the right direction for getting licensed to sell our raw goat milk? We are a small farm with three does.

    Thank you so much!

    Sally 🙂

  18. I just found this site on raw milk. I live in Westport WA and would like to know if there are any stores, or outlets where I could get raw milk near me. Olympia might be the nearest and I go there once a month to Costco. I stopped drinking milk years ago due to pasturization and homogenization. However, I grew up on raw milk in Montana (back in the 50s) as we had our own cows. I have a sensitivity to cheeses and am wondering if I could find a source of raw cheese if I might find the sensitivity to cheese is due to pasturization and homogenization. It would be nice if I could find a source closer to me as I can’t afford to do a lot of driving to shop for milk. The nearest town is Aberdeen, WA a 40 mile round trip. Thank you. Bjoannb@aol.com

    • here are a few stores in Grays Harbor to check out: The Market Place (has been carrying it for a while now) and Jays Farmstand in Aberdeen (I think I saw a sign out front advertising raw milk recently). In Hoquiam the Grays Harbor Public Market (also called farmers market, though it is definitely not one) did carry it for a while as well, not sure if they still do… If there is enough of us out here on the harbor (I am in Aberdeen) maybe we could all get a drop point arranged for a cow share program or something…

      • Talked to Public Mkt. & they no longer sell raw milk. Elma sells Twinbrook lightly heated. It’s a farmer’s mkt. but google for name. Am calling Jays now.

      • Okay, here’s the scoop for Grays Harbor. The Marketplace & Farmer’s Market no longer sells raw milk. But, I just called Jay’s and they carry it! YAY!

  19. hi i live in lake forest park, i have small kids and therefore it isn’t easy for me to move around easily therefore i am looking for home delivery for raw milk/cream, but if that isn’t available, what’s the best place to pick up some raw milk/cream near me?

  20. Thanks for the great website. Our milk has been sold at the following locations for a few years: in Marysville at The Produce Place, in Snohomish at The Health Spot, in Carnation at the IGA, in Blaine at the Costcutter, in Bellingham at both Community Food Co-op’s and Terra, in Duvall at the Family Grocer, in Everett at the Sno-Isle Food Co-op, in Conway at Skagit River Produce, on Camano Island at the Camano Plaza Market
It is also available in Granite Falls at the IGA, in Edmonds at the IGA, in Sedro-Woolley at The Woolley Market

  21. In Issaquah, WA the Front Street Red Apple Market also carries Pure Eire organic 100 percent grass-fed cows milk in half gallon bottles. I purchase it there every week.

    • The Front Street Market closed permanently last month. I’m curious where you’re getting your raw milk now? Thanks.

  22. Richland/Kennewick/Pasco – The link for the online farmer’s market shopthenorthwest.com is not correct. The new website is midcolumbiamarket.org. And they have a little store now that anyone can shop in.

  23. Hello. I get my raw milk from http://prideandjoydairy.com/ here in North Bend. There are many drops all over the state as well as carried in many stores. Many of the drops are in Western Washington. The gorgeous farm that provides the cows all the grass they can eat is in Granger, WA. Cheryl and Allen do an amazing job!

  24. Hi Renee,
I enjoy receiving the emails from my subscription. Admiditly, I havn’t been following the whole mile issue for awhile now since becoming pretty disgusted with the whole issue. However, just before Christmas over in Snohomish my daughter produced a half gallon of whole mile that was pastuerized but not homogenized. The lights went off and realized I could now make cheese from milk purchased at the local Fred Meyers. We used to buy actual whole milk from the small dairy just north of Kirkland back in ’76 but that dairy is long gone now. However, I now live in Deer Park north of Spokane and have yet to check out the local Fred Meyer for whole milk.

  25. Minkler’s in Renton is no longer, it was just bought out and is under a name like Granola (the Minkler’s retired). I spoke to someone today at the store, they haven’t carried raw milk in 2 years, and tried to change their listing here prior without success. Anyway, the listing is wrong both for the company name and the availability of raw milk products.

  26. Sell Raw organic cows milk in half & gal containers from Pride & Joy Dairy, we also have raw orgànic goats milk in pts & half gal containers from StJohns Creamery.

  27. In Ellensburg there is a Mennonite-run store called Daily Bread that sells raw milk produced by Pride and Joy Dairy. My wife and I are now their regular customers.

  28. I live in Blaine, WA (at the Canadian border). I can buy two types of raw milk (Jackie’s Jerseys and Sea Breeze) in gallons and half-gallons at Cost Cutter Foods at 1733 H Street. Also, 5 miles south in Birch Bay, Jackie’s Jerseys is available in half-gallons at The Market at 8135 Birch Bay Square St, Gallons run $10, and half gallons run $5.49

    • The Blaine Cost Cutter also carries our raw milk. We are Old Silvana Creamery, LLC and are the only 100% Guernsey raw milk herd in WA state.

  29. Art of Milk (Monroe) is out of business now, raw cow milk can be purchased at First Pick Produce and I will encourage them to request to be added.

  30. do you know where i can get raw milk in lower mainland b.c. i live in white rock and princeton driving back and forth once a month. thank you, lyndamae 250 295 7590

    • just drive to blaine, WA and you can buy raw milk from cost cutter just across the border, your allowed $20 worth of raw milk per person.

      • Also, if Cost Cutter doesn’t have any, you can try The Market in Birch Bay – just 5 miles south. Cost Cutter has a much better selection of raw milk though. They have 4 choices. 2 different brands, in two different sizes. Not sure why Cost Cutter or the Market are not listed in the directory above though.

  31. Here’s another one that isn’t listed.
    {redacted}
I’m not sure what brands of raw milk they carry but you can call the owner, Tony, who is so knowledgeable he probably knows the cows’ names.

    • Thanks for commenting. Please encourage the farm you mentioned to contact us and be listed here. We only list farms, or mention them in comments, if they’ve agreed to be listed here. Too often this site is used by gov’t agencies to find and harass farmers! Thanks for understanding.

  32. We are a small, sustainable community in Klickitat county. We have two doe goats we are planning to wean in the fall so they can be bred so we are looking at a fairly long period of time with no dairy products. Our community is interested in buying a share or making some kind of arrangements for delivery or pick-up of raw cow’s milk this fall on a regular basis for at least 6 months. The only raw milk I’ve seen in the area is in White Salmon sold retail from “The Land of Milk and Honey” Dairy in Trout Lake for $12+ a gallon.

  33. I live in Grays Harbor, beach area. I currently have to drive to Olympia (1 1/2 hrs) and pay $10 a gallon for raw milk. Surely there must be better resources for this area but I am not able to find anything so far. Wondering if anyone else knows of a source.

    • Yay! Grays Harbor! Hopefully you know by now that The Market Place in Aberdeen and the Grays Harbor Public Market in Hoquiam are both now carrying raw cows milk from Spanish Sonrise Dairy! Its still $10.99, but so much more convenient than going to Olympia.

      • I just spoke with The Marketplace & was told that Spanish Sunrise Dairy is no longer in business. This is an old post & just found your site.

  34. Hi there. Love your site, excellent info. I would like our creamery added to your listing for WA creameries that make raw milk cheeses. We make truly raw, certified organic artisan cheeses. Our milk is not heated higher than a cow’s natural body temperature when we make our cheeses. It would be awesome if you could place a link to our website on your site. We also have selected cows that naturally produce milk rich in the A2 type of beta-casein. Thanks for adding us to your site. Also, [redacted]
    Cheers,
    Marci Shuman
    [redacted]

  35. I’d like to update, though perhaps it’s already been mentioned, that you can also get raw milk in Spokane at [redacted] and also at [redacted]

    • Sorry for the delay in response. Thanks very much for commenting. Please encourage those farms to contact us and be listed here. We only list farms, or mention them in comments, if they’ve agreed to be listed here. Too often this site is used by gov’t agencies to find and harass farmers! Thanks for understanding.

  36. Just wanted to say that Sea Breeze Farms is no longer at the Columbia City Farmers Market in Seattle. Not sure whether it’s permanent or temporary. Huge bummer. 🙁

  37. How can I find out what the drop point is for St. John’s Creamery raw goat milk in Fremont and join in the fun? Thank-you!

  38. I look at this list for WA state and compare it to NY state and wonder to myself why people don’t understand I am not liking the prospect of my having to move back there.

  39. Hello,

The Butcher Shop in Kenmore is no longer carrying raw milk by Pure Eire, because this dairy has decided to discontinue it’s raw milk sales. They still sell all their pasteurized products, however, which are grass fed and non homogenized.

  40. I would like to know if there is a raw milk supplier in the Conway, Arkansas area that delivers door-to-door. I appreciate your input.

  41. The Yelm Food Co-op now carries Dungeness Valley Creamery raw milk. There deliveries are on Mondays. 🙂

    • Harvest Market in White Salmon carries raw Jersey cow milk from a farm in Trout Lake, and there’s a wholesale pickup at the park and ride in Bingen at 3pm every Monday; Dickies Farm Store (a retail store, not the farm that produces the milk) in Bingen carries it also, as well as raw goat milk from Marlene’s Dairy in Goldendale.

  42. Greenbank Cheese and Specialtiers on Won Road no longer carries any raw milk but they do carry raw cheeses. You can find Jackie’s Jersys milk products at the Prarie Center Red Apple Market in Coupville on Whidbey Island as of May 2013.

  43. You know by now that the Estrella Family Creamery is out of business, thanks to extreme hounding by the FDA. You should remove their name and address. I have worked with them for the past few years, as they have fought for their right to make cheese. It’s over.

    • You have to remember that the FDA is only interested in protecting the large multi-multi million dollar producers and the little guy gets hounded out of business, but you know this already. You need to write to your local Legislator to begin a campaign for an “Artisan” cheese making industry in Washington. It worked for the distilled spirits makers here in Washington, Oregon and Colorado and of course the pot growers.

  44. The Methow Creamery is out of business, so all the listings for Twisp, Winthrop and Omak are outdated. Currently Glover Street Market in Twisp sells Pride and Joy Raw Milk, I am not sure if the other stores do.

  45. Hi I found this listed in this page for Washington STATE. It seems to be for New Hampshire for a farm on Washington ROAD.

New Hampshire: Eccardt Farm Inc., 2766 East Washington Road. Contact John Eccard, 603-495-3157, jrpmeccard@msn.com. Fresh Raw Milk, Fresh Meat: Veal, Beef, Pork & Lamb, Fresh Eggs, Compost and more…

  46. I live on Bainbridge Island and thought you might want to update your info. Real Foods store shut down a couple of years ago, but you can still buy raw milk from [redacted] in Lynwood (on Bainbridge Island)

  47. We live in Wenatchee WA and get our raw milk through Lemongrass Natural foods, it’s from Pride and Joy dairy in Grange-I don’t see it listed. We’ve been drinking it now for 3 years and love it!
