Grass to Table is a very small, family-owned farm in Floyd County. Their 100% A2/A2 herd is on pasture 24/7/365. The cows are grazed rotationally, with long rest periods for the grass, which creates a high-nutrient milk. Cows are milked just once a day, creating a thick milk creamline. Milk is poured in glass (no plastic ever used).
Raw cream, butter, and cheese are sometimes available, as are beef and pork shares.
The farm is regenerative, beyond sustainable and organic. No chemicals, hormones, antibiotics, wormers, or vaccines. Cows are never fed ground grain, soy, or GMOs. The herd is supplemented with organic minerals, kelp, molasses, and Sea-90. Cow horns are kept intact, and the calves stay within sight of their mothers and receive their own mothers' milk. This is a 100% solar-powered farm.
