OFM is a true farmers market that is food-focused. OFM is open to local farmers and food artisans only. No crafts. Raw milk is available here from various farms. Each farm has its own procedures, but raw milk is available by herdshare. Speak with the farmers directly for complete information. The dairy choices offered here include both raw cow milk (all year round), and raw goat milk (seasonally), as well as a wide variety of artisanal cheeses, from soft cheese spreads to hard cheeses, made with goat milk or sheep's milk. This veteran owned and operated micro-dairy and farmstead offers raw milk cow and goat herdshares for human consumption (with herdshare) and sells "pet milk" under a Tennessee Ag and Feed license.

They offer raw milk from disease-free animals who are tested regularly. See their web page for test results, which are well below raw milk standards. The animals are on pasture/alfalfa feed and get a non-GMO dairy ration that includes organic oats or grains, kelp, peas, and sunflower seeds.

There is a $25 fee to join the cow herd. Discounts for military and first responders. ***
