Farmers' Market

Oct 2022 UPDATE: This farm is looking for someone to lease and take over the farm as the farmer can no longer milk for health reasons. Meanwhile, when you call to ask about raw milk they will direct you to their Amish friends who do non-GMO,  chemical- and synthetic-free milk products.

Farm raises Jersey/Guernsey, Holstein, Brown Swiss cross milk cows; Nubian, Alpine cross milk goats; Yorkshire cross pigs; and free-range chicken (eggs available too). All grain used is non-GMO. They free-feed sea kelp and have it included with their feed mixture; no synthetic mineral or vitamins are added. Cowshares, goatshares, and meats for sale at the farm or drop off. Farm store hours are 10 am - 6 pm (no Sunday sales), or by appointment. They also offer classes in backyard beekeeping and goat/cow milk soap making. Tours are available and they encourage visits by school classes. The farm also raises Certified Naturally Grown (naturallygrown.org) heirloom vegetables and this year will be growing fresh vegetables year around. You can buy their fresh vegetables at the Cadillac Farmers Market on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Armagh Creamery is a Certified Organic, Grade A retail raw dairy and creamery selling raw milk, cream-top yogurt, and soft-ripened cheese. They raise Jersey cows on green pastures, free of GMOs, pesticides, and antibiotics. Raw milk is sold exclusively through the Armagh Creamery Club subscription program and available for pickup at select locations in North/Central Texas. Cheese and yogurt are sold through the Creamery Club as well as various retailers throughout the state including Central Market, Sprouts, and Whole Foods.

Barker Farms has Jersey cows that are primarily grassfed (pasture), hay when needed, and a small amount of grain at milking. No steroids, hormones, etc., used. Raw milk, sold under a pet food license, in plastic containers. Tours available. Delivery can be arranged depending on distance and quantity. Also on farm sales and eggs available, call first. Bone-In Food is a local NJ family owned farm-to-door weekly delivery service. You may order via their online marketplace. Offerings include 100% grass-fed local raw dairy (A2 cow and goat), meats, seafood, salmon, bone broth, produce, ferments, and prepared foods. CSA memberships are available as well as weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subscriptions and customer referral discounts.

They also participate in local farmers markets where inventory varies based on what their farm partners have available that week.
