Raw cow milk available through herdshare
Farmer statement:
"Abernathy Homestead is a small family homestead in South Lyon, Michigan, offering fresh, raw, non-homogenized milk through our private herdshare.
Our dairy cows are part of our everyday family farm and are cared for personally by us. Our herd is intentionally small, allowing us to know each of our animals individually and stay closely involved in every part of their care. Our Jersey milk is rich and creamy with a beautiful natural cream line.
Milk is handled and chilled promptly after milking and packaged in glass jars in our dedicated milk house. Herdshare members enjoy convenient self-serve pickup right here on the farm.
In addition to our dairy cows, Abernathy Homestead is home to goats, chickens, and other livestock. We love sharing farm life and helping families reconnect with where their food comes from.
**We are currently welcoming new herdshare members! For current availability, herdshare information, and a look at daily life on the farm, find and follow Abernathy Homestead on Facebook.**"
