Facebook: godspeedhollow, Instagram: @godspeedhollow. Godspeed Hollow milks heritage breed cows. Cows have access to rotationally grazed pasture, weather permitting. In inclement weather, they eat alfalfa and orchard grass hay in a well bedded, dry barn. Milk parlor is open for public inspection daily. Milk costs $20/gallon through herdshare program, with pickup locations available. First milk pick up requires tour of farm premises and education on raw milk handling. Milk is tested monthly by Standard Plate Count and Coliform Count, and results are posted in the milk area. Farm practices are readily available to all potential customers. Golden Valley Farms is run by Samuel and Katie Fisher and their four kids (all under 7). They are located in Farmville, VA, in Cumberland County. They provide a herdshare membership with delivery to many locations in Virginia.

Farmer's statement: "Although we hail from generations of dairy and cattle farmers, our program was established in 2019. Our young children help gather, wipe, and pack the chicken and duck eggs for you, and provide lots of love and attention to the many animals on our farm that produce other products that we love to sell to our customers through our program."

They are a herdshare program that offers delivery. They milk 100 percent A2/A2 registered Guernseys.

Farm offering herd shares in grass-fed, mostly Guernsey and a handful of Holstein milking cows. They are breeding for A2/A2, but the cows are are not tested yet.

Purchasing a herd share means that you legally own a portion of the dairy herd and participate in the benefits of ownership. Each share includes an initial share investment and requires a monthly maintenance fee for the keeping, feeding, milking, and care of your cow.

Facebook: graftedfarm. Grafted Farm offers dairy goat herdshares. Their goats are grass and grain fed; herdshares start at $40/month. They also offer goat meat and pasture-raised poultry including chickens and turkeys. Their poultry are humanely raised with no GMOs or hormones used whatsoever, using kosher-style processing practices, and are $4.25/lb; both whole birds and cuts are available.
