I went a few years without any dairy in my life, but was extremely excited to find I was not sensitive to sheep milk. We started our sheep dairy last year, with this being our first milking season. We offer herd shares and sheep milk ice cream through their dairy, which provides a guaranteed amount of milk per week."

Raising Alpine and Alpine Cross goats for over a decade. Herdshares available (full and half shares), with deliveries weekly to Cookeville, Algood, Sparta, Chattanooga, Dunlap, and Soddy Daisy. Milk is double strained, chilled, and delivered in all glass containers. Looking to expand customer base especially in Chattanooga-Soddy Daisy-Dunlap area. The goats free-range on brush/pasture, and are fed a supplement of grain and alfalfa. They use herbal dewormer; no hormones or urea. Free-range eggs, grassfed beef and lamb, pork, and chicken also available. They were Certified Naturally Grown in 2011.

ADGA Saanen herd. They have a closed herd raised on a chemical-free farm. The milk goats have free access to browsing and pure alfalfa hay. During hand milking the does are fed whole oats and barley, organic kelp and brewer's yeast. They use herbal dewormers, no chemicals or antibiotics used. The raw milk (for pet use only) is bottled in half gallon glass mason jars and sold for $5. The farm also produces goat milk soap, elderberry syrup, eggs, pork, chicken and rabbit.
