Farmer statement: "We offer raw milk from our homestead raised, A2/A2, grassfed Jersey. We use rotational grazing methods and have never used antibiotics or harsh chemicals of any kind. *Not for human consumption.*

Farmer statement:

"Feather and Forage Farmstead is a small farm that focuses on growing and raising clean, nutrient-dense food using regenerative farming techniques – we never use any chemical pesticides, herbicides, etc. on our farm.

We currently have a small herd of A2/A2 Jerseys and one Belfair (Dexter/Jersey Cross). Our ladies are rotated onto fresh pasture every 1-2 days and are provided with free-choice kelp, minerals, salt, and baking soda. At milking time, feed is supplemented with organic soy-free grain along with alfalfa, sunflower seeds, kelp, and minerals. All cows are tested for diseases and we try to take care of our cows as holistically as possible.

Our A2/A2 Milk is available for purchase at Well Nourished Market in uptown Eden. The store also carries our chicken and duck eggs, as well as seasonal small batches of pasture-raised chicken, duck, and pork, and grass-fed/finished beef. Well Nourished Market is a specialty grocery store that focuses on selling locally-grown, -raised, and produced foods from farmers and artisans within 50 miles."

Fresh raw goat milk from Lamancha and Nubian dairy goats milked twice daily.

Farmer's statement: "Please note this is raw milk straight from the goat. Raw milk sold from our farm is sold for pet or cosmetic uses only. In NC it is not legal to sell raw milk for human consumption."

This small farm with a store sells chicken, pork, lamb, and eggs raised on their farm, but also Raw Cow's Milk & Nigerian Dwarf Goat's Milk/ pet treat, beef, vegetables, and honey from other local farms and homesteads.
