Raw milk for sale from their grass fed Jersey cow. Not for human consumption, per North Carolina law. Milk is held to strict sanitary standards to keep it safe. Cows are hand milked once a day, and nurse their calves the rest of the day. Milk is filtered and brought to a safe temperature immediately. All equipment sanitized after every use. Cows are grass fed and are given a small amount of grain at milking. No animal byproduct feed, no artificial growth hormones and no antibiotics. Cows have open pasture at all times and also have a barn to get in out of the weather. Milk is sold in quart size glass jars for $7/half gallon.
