About the Farm Family: The farming team is made of three Amish men, their wives, and their children. How The Animals Are Raised: The farm's livestock are raised using regenerative practices (such as rotational grazing, long rest periods for grass, and prioritizing soil health). The animals are moved daily to fresh, lush green pastures (in season). In the winter, their diets are supplemented with organic alfalfa hay. They are never given hormones, antibiotics, vaccines, or chemical de-wormers; instead, they have natural immunity; they flourish thanks to the farm's pasture-filled grazing program. All livestock is processed carefully and humanely, on a small-scale, either at the farm, or a short distance from the farm.
