Deck Family Farm sells their Creamy Cow dairy products to members of the Full Farm CSA (FFCSA). In addition to raw dairy, the FFCSA sells a complete range of products including beef, pork, chicken, lamb, eggs, fruit, vegetables, canned goods, baked goods, and dry goods. All products are produced within 40 miles of Deck Family Farm. Seventy percent of what they sell was grown and raised on Deck Family Farm.
Deck Family Farm has been milking dairy cows since 2006 and their raw cow milk, butter, sour cream, and cheeses have been a staple of the CSA since they began delivering CSA products in 2017. The herdshare agreement means that each member owns a portion of a cow, and in turn, Creamy Cow, LLC performs a milking service (see website for herdshare and agistment agreements).
The $50 CSA membership fee includes financial support for the dairy herd, which allows members to purchase milk produced by the herd. Value added dairy products and bottling are charged a service fee.
Members elect to consume raw milk products under their own understanding and advisement and are self-educated in all of the risks and benefits of consuming raw milk products. Creamy Cow, LLC regularly tests milk (records available upon request) and maintains a sanitary facility with modern milking equipment to cool the product.

What is a PMA?
A Private Membership Association (PMA) allows individuals to obtain raw dairy directly from the farm by becoming part of a private membership organization. Instead of purchasing milk in a traditional retail setting, members are:
- Supporting the farm directly
- Gaining access to raw dairy products
- Participating in a private, member-based food system
This model helps preserve your ability to access real, farm-fresh dairy while staying within current regulations.
PMA Membership
Lucas Organic Farms offers a Private Membership Association (PMA) option for customers who want ongoing access and added benefits.
Annual membership of $35/year provides you with access to raw dairy through their private membership structure, and includes exclusive member pricing benefits, such as:
- $1 off per dozen eggs
- $0.50 off per pound of beef
- $1 off freeze-dried foods, jams, jellies, syrup, honey, tallow products
Membership may be used for dairy pickup as needed, or on a subscription basis, where you can combine products and quantities into a custom weekly order that is paid once per month and available for pickup on your designated pickup day.

Raw dairy is available through:
- Hillsboro Farm Store (Full Access): 211 W Main St. Hillsboro, OH 45133. They are fully stocked during store hours. This option is best for full selection and flexibility.
- London Pickup (Scheduled Only): Products are available at scheduled times at a designated pickup location. You can place an order ahead for pickup. Not all items are guaranteed at London unless ordered in advance.
Jar Deposit Program
Lucas Organic Farms uses a reusable glass jar system to maintain quality and sustainability.
$2 deposit: Half-pint, pint, quart jars
$3 deposit: Half-gallon jars
Return clean jars and lids to receive credit or exchange.
Two Labeling Options (Important)
To comply with Ohio regulations, Lucas Organic Farms raw dairy may be offered under different labeling structures:
- Private Membership (PMA)
- Pet Food Labeling (Not for Human Consumption)
Both options come from the same milk, same cows, and same handling process—the difference is strictly in labeling to comply with current laws.
