This private group of individuals and families get fresh foods directly from small farmers within 100 miles of Chicago. You must become a member to participate. All animals are raised outdoors on pasture. Everything is raised organically or biodynamically. The source farms and artisan food makers have been providing food privately for more than 12 years. Careful attention sustains this cooperative. They look for people who want access to nutrient-dense specialty foods like fresh raw yogurt, kefir, butter, ice cream, traditional sourdough bread, fermented drinks and krauts, and hand-made bone broth. Fresh eggs, cow and goat milk, and some meats are often available.

Serving the northwest suburbs of Chicago, raw milk from purebred, grassfed Guernsey cows. The Guernsey cows are on pasture every day, with their pasture diet supplemented with a small ration of Certified Organic grain mix and non-GMO beet pulp fed only at milking time. Raw milk available in the farm store daily 10 am - 6 pm for walk in customers, and through a herdshare program. Bring your own containers or purchase them from the farm store. Other farm-raised products available in farm store include: 100 percent grassfed beef, pasture-raised pork and chicken, pasture-raised/soy-free eggs, fresh vegetables, and raw honey. Chickens are raised on rotated pasture forages supplemented with soy-free organic grain mix. Angus beef are fed 100 percent grass and hay, never any grain. Raw milk, yogurt, butter, and ricotta cheese from Jersey cows grazing on grass, fruits and hay in the winter. The cows do eat sweet feed during milking. No hormones, antibiotics or chemical wormers.
