Currently milking two cows: a purebred Jersey and a Guernsey cross. The cows are mostly raised on grass pastures and hay (in the winter) but milk cows are give a small amount of locally mixed grain (corn, oats, alfalfa pellets) after milking. All cattle are initially disease tested and cows in milk are re-tested for BLV, BVD, Johne's, and Staph at the beginning of each lactation.

Herd shares available. Members may pick up their milk on the farm or the farmers make a weekly delivery/drop to Springfield IL.

Farmer's statement: "Our raw milk journey started in 2007 when we purchased our first Guernsey heifer. These days we have more than enough milk for our family of six so there is some to share!"

This private membership club offers organic raw milk online. They ship to members in all 50 states and establish drop site locations in Pennsylvania and surrounding states. Cost to become a lifetime member is a one-time, $1 donation that comes out at the time of your first order.

Products: 100% grass-fed A2 raw milk from Jersey cattle, including raw cream, raw butter, raw yogurt, raw kefir, raw cheese, and more. Raw goat milk and raw sheep milk. 100% grass-fed Angus beef from their own managed herd. Pastured poultry with soy-free feed. Soy- and corn-free pasture-raised eggs (shipped to members throughout the country). They also offer pork, seafood (including fresh oysters in the shell), chicken/beef stock, homemade sourdough breads and bagels, raw honey, maple syrup, kombucha, cultured vegetables, an assortment of seasonal produce, citrus, and more.

This small family owned and operated farm is in Central Illinois.

They offer raw cow's milk from Jersey cows in plastic gallons and raw goat milk (seasonal) in plastic half gallons or quarts.

Other products include:

• Milk-fed pork. Their brats and bacon sell out in a week, so order quickly
• Pastured whole chickens, chicken eggs, and duck eggs for those with allergies to chicken eggs. Layer chickens and ducks are free-range, meaning outside with no fences.
• Beef--some grass-fed, some non-GMO, corn-fed.
• All animals (except goats) are fed a local non-GMO feed mix.
• Handcrafted goat milk soap and other bath products that vary by season.
• Raw honey from their hives and 100% maple syrup (seasonal)

They have maintained a herd of registered dairy goats for over 25 years. Currently have Alpine, Nubian, Saanen, and Toggenburgs. They produce their own hay and feed.
