Serving the northwest suburbs of Chicago, raw milk from purebred, grassfed Guernsey cows. The Guernsey cows are on pasture every day, with their pasture diet supplemented with a small ration of Certified Organic grain mix and non-GMO beet pulp fed only at milking time. Raw milk available in the farm store daily 10 am - 6 pm for walk in customers, and through a herdshare program. Bring your own containers or purchase them from the farm store. Other farm-raised products available in farm store include: 100 percent grassfed beef, pasture-raised pork and chicken, pasture-raised/soy-free eggs, fresh vegetables, and raw honey. Chickens are raised on rotated pasture forages supplemented with soy-free organic grain mix. Angus beef are fed 100 percent grass and hay, never any grain. Raw A2/A2 milk from grassfed Guernseys.

Farmer statement: "Our girls Flye and Fresca are strictly grassfed Guernseys who have been verified to be A2/A2. The milk has a golden tint from being high in beta carotene as Guernseys are known for. Their diet consists of grass, fermented hays, and organic alfalfa, and molasses, so the cream line is generous. The cream makes butter and is highly nutritious. The milk can also be used to make yogurts and cheeses. We test periodically to ensure the safety of the milk. Our milking system is efficient, easy to clean, and the milk does not have any exposure to the environment until it is in the kitchen to be put into containers. We also begin the cooling process immediately as the milk container is on ice as the milk is collected and then moved to the refrigerator as soon as the milking is finished. Please bring a container as we do not have a bottling system. We use half gallon glass jars to store the milk, these are available for purchase on site if needed.”
